I was wondering if anyone knew of any at-home remedies I could use to clear up all of the pimples on my face…any ideas?? I am looking for something easy that will be at-home and be able to clear up my pimples fairly quick.

This sounds extremely weird, but toothpaste works. If you wash your face with antibacterial soap, and use rubbing alcohol as an astringent and then you go to sleep with toothpaste directly on the pimple it should shrink or completely go away over night

You fake people who are trying to sell something should really try to hide yourselves better. Don’t put the link to the website – it’s a dead give away.

I don’t have severe acne, but I get some once in a while here and there, just like any other person in this world. But when I get stressed out, I break out really badly and it’s sickening, and it’s just not small zits, they’re acutally huge ones where you touch and it hurts like a bitch! Anyways, so now that schools over and done with, I don’t have much acne, but I have those “brown spots” and scars, and I’ve tried everything to clear them away, what can I do or use to get rid of the scars as soon as possible? And how can I prevent new zits from growing? Thanks in advance! Any help or advice is appreciated!
Honestly, you people that say stupid remarks like “your screwed” or “put a bad over you” should do find something better to do with your lives. I don’t need your childish comments. I asked for advice NOT statements. SO SHUTUP

Ok, so I use Clean and Clear Dual action cleanser. Every day on my face. I have been using it for over 1 year. It works great, it gets rid of my pimples. So my problem is that my skin is oily and I have big pores. Is there any products that minimize the size of pores without causing pimples. I have very sensitive skin. I also have blemishes from other non-pimply acne looking stuff. I want to get rid of my blemishes, oil, and minimize pores. Is there a product for that?
I know all kinds of products say they do all that but which ones actually work?

A good face wash is proactive if you have problems with keeping clear skin. Its also great just for keeping the poors clean. I would say toner is not necessary depending on the cleanser you use. It removes any excess dirt and cleanser after you’ve washed your face. It may or may not be beneficial to your skin type.

You can try creams and such for the under eye puffiness but iv heard that you can use preparation H under the eyes. Put a little on at night under the eyes before bed and wash off in the morning.

Im not sure about the skin brightening but Proactive dose the trick for me. Good luck and i hope this helps. : )

I have oily skin. I use Clinelle gel cleanser (no alcohol, non comedogenic, natural oils etc) and benzoyl peroxide cream and once a week i use a salicylic acid scrub cleanser. Every day I cleanse my face twice, once when I wake up and another when I get back from school which is around noon or sometimes later. My skin gets oily by 9pm so do I need to cleanse again before I sleep? Doesn’t excessive cleansing damage the skin?

My back was perfectly smooth before the acne phase suddenly came….now I have scars all over my back. I really want to get rid of it. I have a healthy diet already, with no fast food, excessive oil, etc etc. I exercise on a daily basis and drink lots of water. So I am basically just looking for other ways Thanks!

Acne … people usually grow out of it. If it’s really bad, you should see an M.D. dermatologist (skin doctor). The scars are permanent, but an M.D. can “dermo-blast” them ( kind of like sand-blasting ) or chemical peel to get rid of them.
